1- If a participant selects booth construction (wooden structure, Tetris, etc.) at the time of registration and does not use space frame structures, they must submit their booth design to the Exhibition Organizing Committee and obtain approval at least one month before the start of the booth construction period.Note: If the participant initially indicated booth construction in the registration form but later decides not to proceed, they must inform the Organizing Committee no later than the release of the booth layout plan. Otherwise, the Committee reserves the right to cancel and reallocate or seal the booth at any stage of the exhibition.
2- The booth constructor must deposit a guarantee amount per square meter of booth construction into the account of Khuzestan International Exhibition Company as collateral for the removal and clearance of the booth. If the participant fails to dismantle and clear the booth within 24 hours after the end of the exhibition, the Exhibition Company will dismantle it themselves and deduct the related costs from the aforementioned deposit. In addition, the booth constructor must pay another specified amount per meter of booth construction for electricity connections and permits for construction work within the exhibition complex. The amount for these payments will be determined and communicated by the financial department at the time of booth construction permit issuance for each exhibition.
3- The maximum allowed height for booth construction is 3.3 meters. In the case of exceeding this permitted height, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to demolish, modify, or seal the booth, or impose fines.
4- Any cutting, welding, or use of similar machinery is prohibited on exhibition grounds and inside the halls.
Required Documents for Obtaining Booth Construction Permit:
1- An official introduction letter for the booth construction contractor, issued by the participating company (exhibitor), stating the name of the contractor company and its booth construction engineer (including mandatory mention of the engineer’s direct and mobile phone number, as well as the responsible manager’s contact information). The booth construction contractor must be approved by the Exhibition Company. If, for a particular exhibition, the booth contractor introduction form is available in the registration system, the applicant’s online declaration is considered as the introduction.
2- A 3D rendering of the booth indicating the floor, wall, ceiling heights, and any second floor.
Operational Instructions:
1- Booth construction days for each exhibition will be announced based on its timetable. Working hours for booth construction are from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The hall doors will be sealed 12 hours before the exhibition opens. Therefore, participants who build or decorate their own booths without a specialized contractor are urged to plan based on the hall handover date and the mentioned working hours and to make necessary arrangements in advance according to the schedule. Failure to comply with the schedule will result in the forfeiture of the entire performance guarantee and removal of booth construction equipment by the organizer, as well as sealing of the booth.
2- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to approve or reject the operational qualifications of booth construction contractors.
3- The Organizing Committee has the right to make any changes to participants’ designs, and any non-compliance with the changes applied to the designs entitles the Committee to demolish constructions to ensure conformity with the approved design and the regulations, deducting the related expenses from the performance guarantee and booth construction equipment removal deposit.
