On the occasion of the National Day of Associations and Social Participation, Rahim Jalili, CEO of Khuzestan International Exhibition Company and President of the Iran International Exhibitions Association, issued a message commemorating this day and underscoring the importance of supporting social associations:

August 12, the National Day of Associations and Social Participation, is an opportunity to honor collective will and the unique role of grassroots organizations in synergizing capacities and mobilizing resources toward sustainable development. By harnessing collective wisdom, human capital, and specialized expertise, associations play a strategic role in guiding economic growth, improving cultural indicators, and strengthening the foundations of society. Strengthening these dynamic cores and supporting their participatory approach is the key to unlocking developmental pathways across various sectors of the country. Without genuine associations and their meaningful participation, progress remains an unattainable goal.

In this context, the Iran International Exhibitions Association, as one of the genuine and influential organizations, has — through a strategic approach, and drawing on the knowledge, experience, and cooperation of its members — succeeded in charting promising horizons for the development of Iran’s exhibition industry, while creating a platform for thriving economic, academic, and cultural exchanges.

Accordingly, I warmly congratulate August 12, the National Day of Associations and Social Participation, to all active and dedicated associations across the country, especially my esteemed colleagues in the Iran International Exhibitions Association. I sincerely appreciate their effective collaboration, valuable efforts, and constructive role in advancing the development of our beloved Iran.
